This 12-day Delhi to Char Dham Yatra by Sedan takes you on a divine journey covering the four sacred shrines—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. The journey begins from Delhi to Haridwar, where the holy Ganga Aarti sets the spiritual tone. At Yamunotri, devotees trek to the temple for darshan, followed by a sacred dip at Gangotri. The yatra continues towards Kedarnath, where pilgrims trek through the mountains to seek blessings at one of Lord Shiva’s 12 Jyotirlingas. The final leg of the pilgrimage takes you to Badrinath, the abode of Lord Vishnu. Along the route, travelers also visit spiritual towns like Rishikesh, Rudraprayag, Guptkashi, and Mana Village, making the experience enriching. Traveling in a comfortable sedan with an experienced driver ensures a seamless and safe pilgrimage, allowing you to focus on prayers and the divine energy of the Himalayas.
Day 1
Delhi – Haridwar (220 km / 6-7 hrs)
Begin your journey from Delhi and drive to Haridwar. Check-in at the hotel. In the evening, attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2
Haridwar – Barkot (210 km / 7-8 hrs)
Drive through scenic hills via Mussoorie/Dehradun and reach Barkot, the base for Yamunotri. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 3
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive + 6 km trek one way)
Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, then trek/pony/doli to Yamunotri Temple. Take a holy dip in Surya Kund, offer prayers, and return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 4
Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / 4-5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one way)
Drive along the Bhagirathi River to reach Gangotri Temple. Take a holy dip in the River Ganga and perform darshan. Later return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 6
Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km / 9-10 hrs)
A long drive through winding roads and picturesque valleys to Guptkashi. Visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in the evening. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Day 7
Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 km drive to Gaurikund + 18 km trek)
Drive to Gaurikund and start trek/pony/doli to Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, stay overnight at Kedarnath.
Day 8
Kedarnath – Guptkashi (18 km trek + 30 km drive)
Early morning darshan at Kedarnath, then return trek to Gaurikund. Drive back to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 9
Guptkashi – Badrinath (200 km / 8-9 hrs)
Drive through Chopta and Joshimath to reach Badrinath Dham. Evening visit to the temple for darshan. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Day 10
Badrinath – Rudraprayag (160 km / 6-7 hrs)
Morning darshan at Badrinath Temple, visit Mana Village (Last Indian village), then drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Day 11
Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (140 km / 5-6 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Triveni Ghat. Evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 12
Rishikesh – Delhi (240 km / 6-7 hrs)
